We strive to deliver your shipment as soon as possible. However, the exact delivery time depends on your area pin code. This can further be affected on occasions such as exceptional weather conditions and unforeseen occurrences pertaining to transport which are beyond our control.

Why is an item not available for shipping to my location?

The shipping of the item for your pin code might not be available due to any of the following reasons: state regulatory issues, legal restrictions, any other compliance related reason or non-availability of a reliable shipping partner for your location.

How do I know if an item can be delivered to my location?

Please enter your delivery pin code on the item page to know whether it can be delivered to your address.

Does retain my card or account details? does not collect or store your card or account details. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by the payment gateway and subsequently by RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us.

Will I be asked to provide any card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?

The team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over the phone.

I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?

GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services which is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product’s sale price. GST has to be borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax, etc.

If I return/cancel the purchased product, will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you return the product, the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However, no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in relation to platform handling fee collected from the consumer under shipping policy.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel an order as long as we haven’t packed it for you. As soon as the order is cancelled, we refund the entire amount paid for the order.

What are the steps to be followed to cancel my order?

  1. Please log in to your account

  2. Click on My Account section at the top right corner of your screen

  3. Click on Order History and then select order/item you want to cancel 

  4. Locate the “Cancel” button and click on it 

  5. Voila! The order has been cancelled




How long will the refund take post-cancellation?

We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellations. The time for the refund to reflect in your source account might vary depending on the payment mode used.

For Prepaid Orders

  • Credit Card/Debit Card & Net banking – 5 to 7 business days

  • UPI Linked Bank Account – 3 to 5 business days

For Pay on Delivery


  • NEFT to Bank Account – 3 to 5 business days

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

After the refund has been initiated by as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

Please note, initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary depending on the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to an warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, may at its sole discretion request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
