We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. In the odd case that you do not love our products, here is our policy on returns:

  • In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, defective or different/wrong item, to return or exchange a product or report damage in transit within the applicable return window, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:
    • By telephone at +91-9145770222 between 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST( Monday to Saturday).
    • Drop us email at sewagramkhadi01@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
  • Khadi team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed time.
  • Once your return has been authorised, we’d be happy to process your exchange/refund. You can exchange this item for a different size/colour or return for a refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of credit for your convenience, which will reflect in your Khadi pay account after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. However, If you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
  • Please keep the item in its original condition, with user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
  • We aim to process all returns within one 1 week.
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of sewagramonline.com. But we’re a friendly bunch.

  • Cancellations

    To cancel items that aren’t dispatched yet:
      1. Go to My Account and then click on Order History
  • Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items or call us at +91-9145770222 between 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)
  • Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and if the payment was already made , you can choose to receive the refund in the form of credit for your convenience, which will reflect in your Khadi pay account. However, If you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund in the same mode.

    If your order has already been dispatched: In case of non-returnable products, product once dispatched can’t be cancelled, However , in case of returnable items please select the Request cancellation option or call us at+91-9145770222 between 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made).

    If your order is already delivered: You may consider returning it. Please check our return policy.
